A gentle Giant of Swedish Jazz, Ove Lundgren was raised in a musical family and began playing the Tenor Sax at 15 years old. He has toured Sweden as a Band Leader since the early 60s.

Ove met Keith and Marcia at the Upton Jazz Festival in 1988. That was the start of a lasting friendship, which has resulted in tours of the U.K. , Sweden , Austria and Madeira . “You never know what will happen when you enter the stage with the Pendleburys, only that the air for sure will be filled with swing and a wonderful Jazz atmosphere.”
